Obstetric and maternity care

Our obstetric providers work with you throughout all stages of your pregnancy, providing compassionate care through a range of services that include:

  • Infertility evaluation and treatment
  • Normal and high-risk obstetrics
  • Pre-conceptual counseling
  • Prenatal care
  • Ultrasounds
  • Vaginal birth after cesarean section (VBAC)

Prenatal care

Once you arrive at your first visit, we'll do a thorough review of your previous medical history and perform a physical exam and vaginal ultrasound to confirm gestational age. You will also go through an orientation at our obstetrical practice, where we provide information about the different genetic tests we offer.

For routine prenatal visits, these will include weight, blood pressure and urine testing, as well as listening to fetal heart tones. Occasionally, you will also need to complete blood tests.

Additional maternity questions

When you work with us during your pregnancy, we will refer you to give birth at our partner facility, HCA HealthONE Rose.
